Spotlight: John Dab , Board Chair

John Dab is Senior Corporate Counsel HealthTrust Purchasing Group, Inc. For 16 years he was served as Senior Counsel, Corporate, Transactions and Manufacturing Group, and Assistant Secretary for Nissan North America, Inc. Prior to joining Nissan, Dab served as General Counsel for American Technologies Group, Inc., a company that manufactured an environmentally-friendly automotive product. His past professional affiliations include Board Member and Treasurer of the Tennessee Chapter of the Association of Corporate Counsel; Member, Business Law Section of the California State Bar Association and Co-Chair of its Corporate Law Department Standing Committee and Associate Editor of the Business Law News. Dab previously served on the board of the following non-profit organizations: The Nissan Foundation, The Nissan Disaster Relief Fund, and The Mapp Foundation. He also served as Regional Vice President – Youth, United Synagogue of Conservative Judaism, Pacific Southwest Region. Dab received a Juris Doctor from the University of California, Los Angeles and a Bachelor of Arts in Management Science from the University of California, San Diego.
